I’m writing today’s BTS after an exhilarating five-day sprint that covered all aspects of Fane’s work – connecting live audiences with the most exciting names in culture and entertainment, shooting a huge global brand campaign, and quietly setting the stage for upcoming corporate-speaking bookings for touring artists. From the east coast to the west, the past few days have carried us across Australia as fully as they’ve carried us through every facet of our work.
First, the headline: Jameela Jamil’s Australian tour was an absolute triumph. Australia embraced her every bit as warmly as she embraced us. In candid conversation with Hannah Ferguson, April Hélène-Horton (The Bodzilla) and Grace Tame, virtually nothing was off-limits – a testament to Jameela’s fearless advocacy for mental-health and social-justice causes.
Our film crew captured her Hamer Hall show in Melbourne, and the footage is now in post-production. We can’t wait to share the finished cut with you soon.
As one tour bumps out, the perpetual cycle of planning, production and touring rolls on. With that, a major global tour announcement is arriving next week, and the whole team is chomping at the bit to go live. Watch this space!
Thank you to everyone who applied for our Production Assistant role. We’re thrilled to welcome Olivia to the team, and we bid a fond “see you ‘round” (never goodbye) to Symiko as she embarks on new adventures.
This month’s newsletter is deliberately lean. Chalk it up to the whirlwind of recent days, certainly not for want of news. Big updates are just around the corner.
