It’s been a little while between updates, but I’m back with this month’s newsletter.
There doesn’t feel like a better place to start than welcoming Dharshini (Dee) Murugiah to the Fane team as Marketing Manager and Production Assistant. We’re thrilled to have Dee’s depth of marketing and production experience in-house as a full-time member of our team.
Last week, alongside media, events and government representatives from Australia, New Zealand and Asia, I had the opportunity attend This Is Gold Coast, hosted by the endlessly impressive team at Experience Gold Coast. My thanks to the EGC team for their precision planning, exceptional experiences, and tourism-worthy weather. I’m still reflecting on the experience and opportunities TIGC25 sparked and will share more on this in the weeks ahead.
Last month, we launched the new Fane Australia website and new showreel (top of home page), featuring Guenther Steiner, Jameel Jamil, Grace Tame and many more. As websites so often are, this is a continued work in progress and soon, you’ll be able to read about some of our impressive work across large-scale brand activations, iconic events and speaker engagements.
We’ve also expanded into South East Asia, with our first tours in the region scheduled for later this year. This opens new opportunities for brand partnerships, live event activations and corporate speaker engagements across this market.
July also included stars from Escape to the Chateau, Dick and Angel Strawbridge touring Australia across 9 show dates, and Commander Chris Hadfield – acclaimed astronaut, test pilot, spacewalker, spaceship commander and best-selling author pack the houses across 5 Australian dates.
Continuing the tour momentum, we’ve recently rolled out tour announcements across sports, comedy, politics, science, culture and other genres. Right now, you’ll find 9 tours across 10 cities, 51 dates and 3 countries. We’ve been busy! And there’s more to come, with exciting new tours to be announced every month this year. Expect a one-night-only event certain to have sports fans snapping up tickets in record time, plus iconic international artists joining our line-up. If that piques your interest, join our mailing list to be first in line when tickets go on sale. Tip: the one-night-only will have a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it comp allocation, and let’s be honest, the sports glitterati will be the first in line. This is one you’ll want to be ready for when the announcement drops.
Looking ahead to 2026, five titans of global motorsport, names who have shaped F1 history and inspired fans worldwide, will be in Australia and New Zealand for a strictly limited time during the Australian F1 season (Feb/March). Expressions of interest are now open for corporate speaking, brand partnerships, and Headline Touring Partner opportunities.
And if sport isn’t your thing, perhaps I can tempt you with a culinary icon – a world-renowned name set to delight audiences in early 2026. Each show will feature live cooking demonstrations, creating valuable opportunities for brands to align with engaged food-and-cooking-loving audiences in an immersive environment.
